Huawei has recently launched the Huawei P40 series that includes the P40, P40 Pro and P40 Pro+. But, apart from these devices, what got the attention of the tech-enthusiasts was the EMUI 10.1.

The OEM has now joined the likes of Samsung, which introduced it’s One UI 2.1, which brings some more improvements and features to the Android 10 running Samsung phones.

The idea behind this new version of the custom UI, i.e. the EMUI 10.1 is to provide some extra features and UI improvements to the Android 10 running Huawei phones. But, it also brings Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) based upgrades in an attempt to ease Huawei’s transition away from Google Mobile Services.

And as per recent reports, Huawei Nova 5 Pro is getting its EMUI 10.1 beta update for the users in China. PiunikaWeb readers should note that the EMUI 10.1 beta recruitment for the Huawei Nova 5 Pro began back on April 9 and the window ended on April 13.
