Nokia 6.2 Android 10 update status: "Hold on for some more time to see the update real soon," says support

HMD Global, the company behind the revival of the once-iconic smartphone brand, Nokia has been pretty determined in providing the latest updates to its devices across its portfolio.

Moreover, Nokia has become one of those brands that give similar attention to its old-gen phones, as it gives to its newer generation of phones. The roll-out of the Android 10 update has also been pretty consistent by the company.

However, the owners of the Nokia 6.2 users have been gawking for the Android 10 update on their phones for quite some time now. Because, as per the re-released Android 10 roadmap, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Nokia 6.2 is slated to pick up the update any time in Q2 2020.

Besides, Nokia has updated the Nokia 6.2 with the latest April security patch, which is based on Android 9 Pie, leaving the users restless about the update.

But, if we go by recent reports, the Finnish OEM has asked its Nokia 6.2 users to hold on for some more time to get the Android 10 update. It further stated in a tweet that the current global situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic has caused the delay.
