WiFi calling, otherwise simply known as VoWiFi, is one of the hottest features in India right now. For the uninitiated, this feature lets you place voice calls over Wi-Fi directly from your phone’s dialer. No need for WhatsApp and such third-party apps.

After Airtel, Reliance Jio is now the latest carrier to offer the VoWiFi feature in the country. The telco has a list of brands and select smartphones that are eligible for this function and more are expected to come on board with time.

There have been some difficulties with OnePlus devices, but the parties involved are in contact as they work on a future solution. For those on Asus 6z, the feature isn’t available officially, but with this workaround, you can start enjoying Jio’s VoWiFi on the device.

Seven Xiaomi phones are officially supported, although WiFi calling on the Redmi Note 8 Pro is only limited to Jio and no Airtel for now. On the other hand, Realme promised to bring VoWiFi to its devices via a software update and it seems plans are already underway.

Yesterday, we revealed a list of Realme devices that will receive the VoWiFi calling feature in the coming weeks alongside their timelines. Today, we have VoWiFi timelines for more Realme devices as provided by the company on Twitter.
