December 2019 security patchset is the latest security update that OEMs are pushing in for their devices. A few smartphone brands like Google, Realme, and Samsung has already pushed in the December security updates.

And in a recent development, Samsung has pushed in the December 2019 security patchset for the European Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge devices. Moreover, looking at Samsung’s Android update cycle, both the devices are slated to get quarterly updates.

Not only this, but Galaxy A80 is also getting a new security update along with the Verizon Galaxy Tab S5e. Let us take a look at the updates received on the devices one by one.
