If you are the owner of the Verizon variant of Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ then, this piece of news will excite you as the carrier has pushed in the latest November security patchset for both the devices.

Notably, by pushing this new update, Verizon has skipped the October security patch and bumps the patch level from September to November. Besides, the new November security update brings in a number of fixes for the Android devices.

Notably, other US carrier networks T-Mobile, Sprint, Virgin Mobile, etc have already pushed in the November update for Galaxy S9/S9+. The update arrived with build number CSJ6 for T-Mobile while others will get it as build CSJ7 for Sprint, Virgin Mobile, etc.

The plus version of Galaxy S9 i.e. the Galaxy S9+ is also getting the new November 2019 security patch. This new update carries version number CSJ9.

Note that the updates for both the Galaxy S9/S9+ are being pushed via OTA and will take some time in hitting all the devices. However, you can manually check for it by heading to Settings > System updates > Check for system updates.
