Samsung launched the new Galaxy Note 10 series, that for the very first time had two smartphones i.e. a standard Note 10 and the plus version Note 10+. There is a bit of difference between both the devices, but both the phones pack in some beefy specs.

The Note 10 sports a 6.3-inch (1080p) display whereas the Note 10+ has a 6.8-inch (1440p) AMOLED display. Note 10 houses a dual 12MP sensor at the back and on the other hand the Note 10+ has a triple 12MP+16MP+12MP setup. Both the devices sport a 10MP shooter on the front.

Under the hood, both the Note 10 and 10+ are powered by the Snapdragon 855 chipset paired with 8GB-12GB of RAM. Note 10 has a 3500 mAh battery whereas the Note 10+ packs in a 4300 mAh battery. Both the devices feature the ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner as well.

The Note 10/10+ is slated to receive the Android 10 update along with the new version of Samsung’s custom skin, One UI 2.0. Cut to now, in a recent development, Samsung has pushed out the October security update for both the devices.

Coming to the update received on the Galaxy Note 10+, it carries the version number N975FXXU1ASJ2. This new update not only brings in the security patch level 1 October 2019 for Note 10+ but, also brings in-camera quality improvements and keyboard sound enhancement as well.
