Zerodha Kite login issue erupts again, service down and not working as users flock to customer care contact for help

Zerodha, which claims to be “India’s first discount broker offering the lowest, cheapest brokerage rates in the industry,” is currently down. Specifically, users are experiencing login issues via kite, which the company describes as its “fast and elegant flagship trading platform.”

Users are taking to social media to complain about login issues. Here are some reports:

We cannot control anything when login issues control our landing into Zerodha. Thanks again for being unavailable.

For its part, here’s what Zerodha has said:

You may face an issue logging into Kite. If you’re logged in, you may not see available margins. You can continue to place orders. We are working on having this fixed. We regret the inconvenience

However, users seem to really annoyed:

For Zerodha its a very small logging issue….but for us traders we have already lost money becoz nifty down 80 points in just 1 hr and ur technical team and engineers cannot even sort out such login issues…..really shameful u have to bear and return money to customers…….

Disappointing that this is not fixed even after an hour. Unable to exit open positions and it’s painful to see them going red. Zerodha need to fix this recurring issue. Else they won’t be able to retain their claim of being No.1 broker. https://t.co/bO9CXuo5ai

Just last month, Zerodha had a massive outage. Let’s hope the problem gets resolved as soon as possible. Anyway, we are continuously keeping a tab, and will let you know as and when the issue gets fixed or something newsworthy comes to our notice.

    Update 1

The issue has been resolved, Zerodha says.

The issue is now resolved. We regret the inconvenience caused. https://t.co/dvmffmDuLb
