Updates to this story (if any) are included at the bottom….

A couple of days back, it came to light that the TV Muse service is down. Both tvmuse.com and tvmuse.eu have been accessible for days now. Unsurprisingly, this has fueled rumors that the platform may be dead, presumably due to legal issues.

Then yesterday, I brought you more information about the ongoing TVMuse episode. Someone related to the service took to Twitter to reveal they are posting their links on a separate web page as of now.

And if you take a look at the the web page in question, the number of links posted there have been growing now. It was 19 when I wrote the previous story and now if you take a look, you’ll see the number has grown up to 45. The site also says they are looking for serious uploaders.

But there’s no indication that this is the alternative home for TVMuse. So, for now, you won’t be wrong if you assume TVMuse is dead. And if that’s indeed the case, the next question that arises is what are the alternatives to TVMuse?

Well, I did some research work over this, and collected some alternative platforms that users have suggested on online platforms. But before I start sharing them, it’s worth mentioning that I haven’t tested any of these, and PiunikaWeb doesn’t take ownership of any legal troubles that you may invite when you start using any of these platforms.

With that out of the way, here’s the list:

PiunikaWeb is a unique initiative that mainly focuses on investigative journalism. This means we do a lot of hard work to come up with news stories that are either ‘exclusive,’ ‘breaking,’ or ‘curated’ in nature. Perhaps that’s the reason our work has been picked by the likes of Forbes, Foxnews, Gizmodo, TechCrunch, Engadget, The Verge, Macrumors, and more. Do take a tour of our website to get a feel of our work.
