The conclusion of April left Google Chrome users on Android devices complaining about a weird bug that inhibited the upload of media files (like pictures) on social media services like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. Basically, the Chrome browser app crashed and threw an error stating “unfortunately chrome has stopped”.

What’s good is the problem has now been fixed.

Just a few hours ago, Google updated it’s official Chrome Releases blog page informing Android users about the advent of a new update (version 66.0.3359.158), saying that it fixes the photo upload bug.
