Original story (published on April 09, 2020) follows:

YouTube Analytics let the YouTubers or the one who upload videos on the online video sharing platform, monitor the performance of the channel and videos.

Moreover, YouTube Analytics also give YouTubers with up-to-date metrics and reports about everything related to one’s YouTube channel and its content.

But as per a recent development, several YouTube creators took to various channels to highlight that the YouTube Analytics has been surfaced with an issue where it is showing incorrect realtime viers for the videos uploaded on April 8.

Digging deeper it reveals that this YouTube Analytics bug has not only affected one or two videos, but has left its impact on the entire channel for some YouTube creators.

Here are the reports by several creators on this issue:

I believe @YouTube analytics is broken as it’s underreporting big time. I’ve had activity on several videos over the past 2 hours but it’s saying since midnight I’ve only gotten one view across my entire channel.

Apparently there’s an issue with youtube analytics and views going on.
It’s affecting some creators (like myself). So I may delay my next upload by a few days. Don’t want performance to go down from an analytics bug. @TeamYouTube
