Xfinity is one of the best-known names in the business of Internet and Home Phone services in the United States. The company is part of the giant Comcast conglomerate.

Xfinity and Comcast seek to offer internet plans that fit all budgets. Through the ‘Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)’, they even bring free internet to some low-income homes.

Many customers currently rely on these services to stay connected. However, if the past year is anything to go by, the company isn’t immune to partial or total outages.
