Xfinity is one of the leading providers of internet, cable, and streaming services and has garnered significant attention over time.

And Peacock is a streaming service by NBCUniversal that offers an array of popular TV shows, movies, and original content.

Recently, Xfinity introduced some changes to its Peacock Subscription plan. As per the change, customers who are Diamond or Platinum Xfinity rewards members will be eligible to receive a Peacock Premium at no additional cost.

As a part of their Internet subscription, consumers received a message stating that they are qualified for free Peacock Premium.

But each time they click on the activation button, they get an error message saying that they are unable to view Peacock at the moment.

When I got to Xfinity Assistant and click the activate link, I am continuously getting an error message stating that the offer is not active. Do better, Xfinity!

Additionally, this reward does not appear in the rewards page since it either loads incorrectly or is empty.

We have also come across a workaround with the help of which you can activate your Peacock Premium account. It simply involves using a PC.

I got the email (gigabit customer) and it didn’t work on the mobile browser, it only worked when I was on my desktop PC. If you’re having problems on your mobile device, try on a desktop or laptop. Good luck everybody! I wish I would have taken screenshots but there was a new widget/button in the Xfinity assistant after I signed in that took me to a new page on Peacock to sign up. I hope everybody on here is able to sign up shortly!
