However, it looks like that some Xbox users are not receiving the new dashboard UI update even after days of its launch (1,2,3,4,5,6).

The new dashboard UI is a significant update that will make the Xbox experience even better.

Xbox users who were eagerly anticipating the new dashboard UI update are disappointed as it is unavailable for them.

They have checked the update section on their consoles, but they get a message that says .No console update available.

This has left them stuck at the old dashboard UI layout, even after they have tried restarting their consoles.

I still do not have the new #xbox dashboard. Tried checking for updates, restarted it. Nothing Guess I’ll have to lower down my excitement for it.

The update has even received backlash form users for restricted home screen customization, too many ads and Game Pass suggestions.

Microsoft has integrated promotional content to highlight game deals, upcoming releases, and Xbox Game Pass offerings.

However, this approach has garnered mixed reactions from users who would prefer a less intrusive advertising experience.

Potential workarounds

Fortunately, we have come across temporary workarounds that might help mitigate this issue. These include hard resetting the console:

Secondly, reboot but console from Energy/Power settings (not from the ‘X’ guide button menu):

I was the same as you. Today I was given to reboot from power options within conf. and wham, after the xbox logo a loading ring appeared for a few seconds and the new dashboard appeared. Before I had rebooted from the quick menu by pressing the guide button and nothing.

This update is a gradual rollout, so it might take some time to reach to all users.

We hope these workarounds have been helpful. Please let us know your thoughts on this update in the comments section below.
