Premium subscribers can get payouts ranging from hundreds to nearly $40,000 for accounts with millions of followers.

Although payouts are cumulative since February and require at least 15 million cumulative tweet impressions in the past three months. In addition, one needs to have at least 500 followers and be at least 18 years old.
