WWE SuperCard, a digital collectible card game released in 2014, has garnered a massive fan following on iOS and Android platforms.

Players can collect exclusive deck rewards featuring cards of their favorite WWE Superstars, including icons like Roman Reigns, John Cena, The Rock, and more.

The game also allows players to compete in various game modes, participate in events, and engage in thrilling head-to-head battles to earn rewards and improve their card collection.

However, despite the game’s popularity and engaging gameplay, there has been an ongoing issue with the Reward Mania.

WWE SuperCard players have taken to X (Twitter) to express their frustration over not receiving their well-earned rewards from Reward Mania (1,2,3,4,5,6).

Reward Mania is an engaging mode in WWE SuperCard that encourages players to participate in matches or spend SuperCoins to collect tickets.

These valuable tickets serve as the entry currency for exciting drawings that offer a wide array of rewards, including coveted cards, draft picks, credits, and more.

However, reports have emerged from players who, despite winning rewards from the drawings, have not received them or found themselves unable to claim their well-earned prizes.

Also, the option to claim these rewards appears greyed out, preventing them from accessing the rewards they rightfully earned.

@WWESuperCard I’m still waiting for my reward mania rewards I hope you guys or girls resolve this issue and give us who had this trouble credits or something or maybe if you aren’t gonna give us the gold reward for the trouble maybe just give our coupons back so we can retry

Anyone know best way to get hold of wwesupercard at all as i cant claim my reward mania stuff as the button os greyd out but i havnt been on to claim my reward ?

Thankfully, the WWE SuperCard support team has recognized the issue and acknowledged the inconvenience faced by players.

They have communicated that they are actively investigating the problem and have assured players that they are working diligently to re-issue the rewards to those affected.

Despite the support team’s assurances, there have been reports of delays in the re-issuance of rewards. Some players have reported waiting for hours, without receiving their rightful rewards.

This has added to the frustration and dissatisfaction among the player base.

11:44 am (IST): Even though the support team has confirmed that the rewards have been sent, some players are still reporting (1, 2, 3, 4) that they haven’t received them yet.
