Original story (published on June 23, 2021) follows:

It has been a year since Riot Games released the now popular free-to-play first-person hero shooter, Valorant. And over this short period of time, Valorant has matured into one of the best multiplayer games.

Unlocking all the various characters in Valorant and the bonuses available in the game requires experience points (XP). Players earn these experience points through completing daily and weekly missions.

Recently some players are reporting that Valorant weekly missions have suddenly disappeared from the game with the progress that they had made.

They disappered as i finished the game that would have completed my tier 50, dont really have the time to grind out the 38k xp remaining. Been grinding all day too, such a shame…

Yup. Had just finished last week’s weeklies and started on the new set. 3 games in and ‘poof!’ no weeklies. The hell?

Valorant has acknowledged the issue and said that weekly missions will return once Patch 3.0 goes live.

Players are also reporting that in the game competitive queue has been disabled and thus they can’t play.

Usually, this happens when the servers of the game are not online. The server could be down due to Riot Games fixing some technical issues or maybe updating the title or the servers may have just crashed.

You can also face this issue if a new patch is out which is clashing with your older version. So, make sure to update both the client and the game to the latest version and then try to run the game again.

In any case, we are hopeful that Riot Games will soon fix all the issues that their popular game Valorant is facing.

In the meantime, we will keep following all the developments related to Valorant and will provide more details once new information becomes available.
