US Bank customers are in the middle of a difficult situation as the platform is currently down or not working for them.

The ongoing outage is preventing users from accessing their accounts to make transactions with their money, which is causing a lot of frustration.

Affected clients are expressing their displeasure with the situation through social platforms such as X (Twitter). According to reports, both the US Bank website and app are inaccessible or down at the time of writing this story.

I called @usbank and after 12 mins on hold a person finally answers and say’s “thank you for calling US Bank where our system is currently down”

ME: No shit is it really, wow I forgot why I called for, oh that’s right where’s my money?!

Downdetector platform also reflects a lot of reports from people who are experiencing issues with the banking platform.

Sadly, at the moment there doesn’t seem to be an official word on the situation, so users are confused about what’s going on.

Let’s hope that it doesn’t take too long for the US Bank technical team to fix their platform. After all, their thousands of users need to have access to their money or check their accounts at any time of the day.

05:37 pm (IST): Reports about server outage stopped appearing a few hours ago, so it seems that the US Bank website and app are now working properly again.

08:40 am (IST): US Bank website and app are again down or not working (1, 2, 3) for a section of users.

06:11 pm (IST): The recent outage appears to have been resolved.
