In today’s digital age, many companies are incorporating loyalty programs and rewards systems to enhance customer engagement and foster brand loyalty.

Microsoft, a technology giant known for its wide range of products and services, has its own rewards program called Microsoft Rewards.

This program allows users to earn points by using Microsoft services and redeem them for a variety of rewards, such as gift cards, sweepstake entries, or even donations to charitable organizations.

However, some users have encountered a frustrating issue when attempting to redeem their hard-earned points (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8).

Microsoft Rewards users say that they get the error message ‘Oops! Looks like you’re on the go’ when they try accessing the service.

This error typically occurs when users try to redeem their Microsoft Rewards points while using a device or network that does not match the registered location of their Microsoft account.

But those affected by this issue said that they haven’t changed their location or are not using any sort of VPN, yet still get this error message.

This issue can be particularly frustrating for users who have accumulated a substantial number of points and are eager to reap the benefits of their loyalty.

Users are unable to do daily’s/daily searches or anything in the ‘More activities’ section.

Starting today I am getting this error message on my phone and on my computer “oops! looks like you’re on the go”. I’m at home I’m not in another country yet it says oops looks like you’re on the go and it will not allow me to do my rewards.

The purpose behind this location restriction is to prevent fraudulent activity and ensure the security of users’ accounts.

By tying the rewards program to a specific location, Microsoft can verify the legitimacy of the redemption requests and safeguard users’ points from unauthorized access.

Unfortunately, support has not yet officially responded on the Microsoft Rewards Looks like you’re on the go error issue.

That said, we will keep tabs on the topic and update this article to reflect the latest developments.
