Tower of Fantasy PlayStation won’t support cross save

It has been officially confirmed that the PS version of Tower of Fantasy will be a standalone release. This means that players on this platform will not be able to carry over their progress from other versions.

This announcement has sparked a negative reaction among players who have invested their time and effort into the game on other platforms. And several gamers have taken to social media platforms (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) to vent their frustration.

@ToF_EN_Official Are you serious!?… I thought crossplay and crossave WILL be an obvious thing to be in Playstation… Everyone is waiting that, nobody will play PS version if they can’t use their previous account from PC or Mobile🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ this is a huge disappointment… (Source)

U guys are making a terrible mistake regardless who makes it u should!!! Allow crossplay and cross progression we’ve been asking since the day it came out to make sure when it hits consoles that it has cross progression u guys better delay this until u figure it out!!!! (Source)

Cross-save or progression is a feature that allows players to continue their gameplay seamlessly across different platforms. Disappointingly, it will not be supported for the PlayStation version.

This means that anyone who want to play the game on their PlayStation consoles will have to start from scratch, regardless of the progress they may have made on PC or mobile.

We hope that the game developers work and soon add cross save or progression to the PlayStation version of the game.

Rest assured, we will keep tabs on the latest developments and inform you as and when we come across anything noteworthy.
