The Crew Motorfest players have been reporting that the game crashes with a server error ‘3_36f3ce75_55’ when trying to claim playlist rewards.

For the devoted gamers of The Crew Motorfest, nothing beats the satisfaction of finishing a challenge and receiving well-deserved rewards.

But sadly, a significant roadblock has recently appeared that prevents them (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) from claiming their hard-earned rewards.

Apparently, they keep getting a ‘You have been disconnected from THE CREW MOTORFEST servers’ message when trying to do so. The irritation is evident, as gamers are experiencing this error quite frequently.

Some claim that the game disconnects every time they claim their vanity and bucks reward in the ‘Drift Experience’. They were doubtful that this might be happening due to some router issues, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

There are also instances where the game displays some rewards as claimable even when already claimed. And to make matters worse, it’s impossible to get rid of the glitch after restarting the game.

Every time I try and claim a reward for playlist challenges, the game throws me the above error code and I don’t see any info about it anywhere else. Is there anything I can do to fix it or do I have to wait for a patch?

Players are also upset as the game reportedly keeps crashing when they finish a race with the Blue Cobra. In addition, the frequent disconnects from the server also end up demotivating many gamers from playing it.

A few have even observed that the game crashes within 25 to 30 minutes of gameplay.

Along with this, the game exits to the main menu when collecting rewards for Dream Cars, Made in Japan, Motorsports, and many other playlists.

Surprisingly, some also cannot collect a total of 14 rewards as the game repeatedly crashes with the ‘3_36f3ce75_55’ error.

However, you should note that this is not the first instance that gamers have been troubled due to a server error.

We recently also highlighted an issue where The Crew Motorfest players were getting a ‘server error 3_e0ef217e_45’ when launching the game.

Official acknowledgment

Luckily, Ubisoft support is already aware of the issue and is currently investigating it. Updates about the availability of the fix will be shared on the official website and X account.
