To claim the free Echo 8, eligible T-Mobile customers must enter the code on the Amazon website. But when they do, an error message that says ‘Code Expired’ pops up.

Many users concerned about the situation sent messages to the T-Mobile support team. And some shared the response they allegedly received.

Apparently, everything is due to an error where expired codes were sent to many users. However, everyone should receive the correct code on Friday, October 7.
