Some Apple Watch users unable to update to watchOS 10 beta (workarounds inside)

A significant number of users have reported that their update progress remains stuck on the loading screen for extended periods. Despite waiting for hours, the update fails to proceed, leaving users in a state of uncertainty.

Some individuals have faced a scenario where the update process halts unexpectedly. After the update pauses, users are unable to resume it, leading to an incomplete installation of watchOS 10 beta.

I need help i had my Apple Watch screen fixed and before i handed the show my watch I removed my apple pay and after i got my watch back the screen was fine but i cant seem to set up apple pay or update the watch in fact i tried turning the watch and phone off, connecting it to the home wifi And even paired it to another phone nothing works Im using a Apple Watch Series 4
