Fortnite players worldwide are reporting a malfunction in the in-game item shop. According to player reports, the shop is not displaying all the items on its roster, with many of the skins and emotes reportedly missing or non-interactable.

Skins & emotes not showing up in the Fortnite item shop

The Fortnite Item Shop rotates on a daily basis, replacing all skins and items with new ones. The availability of items in the shop is constantly changing, so if an item is not available, it may reappear at a later time.

However, according to the players, even though the store is refreshing as usual, many of the items are not available. Some players are reporting that they can only access some of the emotes, and no other skins or items are showing up.

As shared on FNBR.com, the store was supposed to feature highly sought-after skins such as Winter Wonder and Eminem (Rap Boy, Slim Shady, Mom’s Spaghetti). Unfortunately, players are unable to see them as the store is bugged.

Is there a way to fix it?

While the reports are piling up, there still aren’t any official statements or promises from the official Fortnite support regarding this issue so far. That is why it is recommended for all the affected players to raise an official ticket to the EPIC support to raise awareness of the issue.

To raise a ticket, you have to follow these steps:

  1. In the game, open the menu and select the Settings icon.
  2. Choose “Reporting” and then select “Report a Bug or player” to submit a bug report.

Additionally, you can report bugs through the Fortnite Creator Portal by clicking on the Help menu and choosing “Report Issue.” This will automatically send your logs to Epic Games.

Note: We have more such stories in our dedicated gaming section, so be sure to follow them as well.
