Shopify is a popular platform that allows you to create your own online store without any programming knowledge. It is a very useful tool to help increase the online presence of your business.
Shopify also has a dedicated app for mobile devices (Android and iOS). The app allows you to manage your store, track orders, check statistics and more.
However, Shopify app users have been experiencing issues with widgets on iOS devices for a couple of weeks (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7).
More specifically, the Shopify widget is currently missing for many users on 15.3.1 and iOS 15.4 Developer Preview (DP).

Multiple reports on platforms like Reddit and Twitter describe the same situation. The Shopify widget has been missing for many iOS 15 device users for a few weeks now.

Shopify app widgets
Hey I have a small question? I’m using shopify app on iOS and I use to watch my website stats through the widget. I can’t find shopify widget anymore what’s happened ?

That said, the behavior of the Shopify widget has always been erratic for some iOS users. So, it doesn’t seem to be the most stable widget you can use.
I’m not sure why this is always happening but the Shopify widget never seems to be fully functioning, some days it works, some days it doesn’t… Weird, now it doesn’t even show on the Widget list.
