Scotiabank is one of the main banking or financial entities in Canada. The company offers its services to more than 25 million customers.
That said, currently many Scotiabank customers are unable to access their accounts because the banking platform is down or not working.
Scotiabank down, not working or loading
Several recent reports on social platforms such as Twitter reflect the discontent from Scotiabank users with the current server outage.
According to them, they are getting ‘Error code aut002’ and ‘Error code aut100’ messages when trying to log in to their accounts. The issue is affecting both the website and the dedicated app.
@ScotiabankHelps without telling me to DM you, is online banking down, and if so, do you have an ETA for the fix?

The company does not appear to be aware of the outage yet as it is asking affected users to send a DM to try to resolve the issue.

Hopefully the outage gets a fix soon so that people can access their accounts normally again. Currently, they are unable to send payments, check their balance or do any operation.

11:37 am (IST): It seems that Scotiabank services are now back up working correctly.
