Ads are the primary source of revenue for most content creators on the web today. We’re talking bloggers, news outlets, video creators and everyone in between.

That said, there are a huge number of bad ad practices. Some ad placements can be incredibly annoying and very intrusive, even for the most benign user. This has led to the growth of adblocking.

YouTube has got to be one of the most popular platforms for content creators and consumers alike. You’d naturally expect that such a platform would have a healthy ad policy and for the most part, it does. However, there are instances where these ads can be a little too overbearing and annoying.

Thanks to the jailbreak community, there is a new tweak that allows you to get rid of all YouTube Premium ads. The tweak, named NOYTNO is still in its Beta stages according to the developer so it might be reasonable to expect some bugs.

This tweak is reportedly working well on iOS 13.3. This tool has been received rather well by users in the jailbreak community.

You know what’s funny? I have YouTube premium and YouTube music on my phone and I still get popups telling to use YouTube music.

Clearly, this tweak comes to fix an issue that has been affecting a good number of iOS users. It might be worth noting that while this tool does do away with the YouTube Premium ads, it does not exactly do away with all YouTube ads so you might still see ads when watching content.

If you have a jailbroken iOS device, you can click here to get NOYTNO on your device. You can also check out our jailbreak section to know how to jailbreak your iOS device.

On Android, users have had YouTube Vanced for a while now. This is a modified version of the official YouTube app for Android that, among other things, gets rid of all ads. You can read more about YouTube Vanced here.
