The video begins with an introduction to acter designer YukikoHoriguchi followed by the characters Yui Huang and Xiaolang Yang. The next designer in the spotlight is Bunbun for his work on characters Lancelot and Authur.

The third and last designer featured in the promotional video just released by Sega is Fumikane Shimada for his characters Elsie and Margarethe.

Sakura Wars will join the rich list of JRPgs that are expected to come out in the upcoming and the best part is most of them are anime franchise inspired. Sakura Wars is a Japanese steampunk media franchise created by Oji Hiroi and developed and owned by Sega.

The soft reboot of the franchise as a video game for Play Station 4 was launched in Asia last year and now it awaits its worldwide launch on April 28.

The franchise already has an anime series to its name. The series from 2000 was created by Madhouse based on the Sakura Wars video game franchise. A second adaptation is expected for release on April 3.

The series is being animated by Sanzigen and directed by Manabu Ono, with Ono and Tatsuhiko Urahata handling series composition, and Kohei Tanaka composing the music. The original voice cast from the game is returning to reprise their roles in the anime version as well.
