The Realme Narzo 20 was one of the first few smartphones from the company to get the Realme UI 2.0 Early Access update and the company rolled out the Open Beta update a month ago.

Recently, we reported that the company’s CEO claimed that Realme will be rolling out the stable update for the Narzo 20 and the Realme 7 Pro soon.

So it’s highly likely that we’ll see Realme UI 2.0 go live for the two devices next month. To keep track of all developments regarding the update you can head here.

Now, as users wait for the Android 11-based skin to become available for their devices, several Realme Narzo 20 users have begun reporting that they are facing issues with the Gyroscope on the device.

According to some, when the Gyroscope option is enabled in games such as PUBG Mobile and Call of Duty Mobile, the device does not register the movement as it should since there is a delay or lag.

We’ve shared some reports from affected users below:

As you can see, one individual even claimed that the Gyroscope issue is present on the Realme Narzo 20 even on the Realme UI 2.0 beta.

That said, the problem appears to be affecting some individuals with other smartphones from the company such as the Realme C15, Narzo 10A, Realme 3, and a few other models.

Realme has not yet acknowledged the problem officially, however, responding to a Narzo 20 user’s complaint regarding the Gyroscope problem, a mod claimed that they’ve forwarded the problem to the concerned team.

Of course, this does not guarantee that Realme will fix the Gyroscope problem on the Realme Narzo 20 or any other affected device for that matter, however, it’s possible that the stable Realme UI 2.0 update may address the issue or at least bring some improvements on that front.

We will keep track of the situation and will post an update once any new details emerge regarding the problem.
