If you are a Pixel user who likes to play games and earn some cash, you will be contented to know that real-money gaming is coming soon to Android. Google has announced that it will allow more real-money games to be published on the Play Store from June 2024.

Real-money games are apps that let you play games with real money and win prizes or rewards. These games can include casino games, fantasy sports, trivia, skill-based games, and more. Some examples of real-money games that are already available on the Play Store are Rummy Circle, Dream 11, and Loco.

Real-money games (RMG) on Android coming soon

After successful testing and getting positive feedback from users and developers, Google has decided to expand real-money gaming to three countries including Brazil, Mexico, and India. These are some of the largest and fastest-growing markets for Android users and gaming enthusiasts. According to Google, this move will help developers reach more users and offer them more choices and experiences.

However, Google has also set some rules and guidelines for developers who want to publish real-money games on the Play Store. Developers will have to comply with the local laws and regulations of each country and obtain the necessary licenses and permissions. They will also have to use Google Play’s billing system for in-app purchases and follow Google’s responsible gambling policies.

Furthermore, Google will start accepting applications from developers who want to publish real-money games in Brazil, Mexico, and India from April 2024. The new policy will come into effect from June 2024. After that, users will be able to download and play more real-money games on their Android devices.

This is a big step for Google, as it will open up new opportunities and challenges for both developers and users. Real-money games can be fun and rewarding, but they also come with risks and responsibilities. Users should always play responsibly and be aware of the terms and conditions of each game.
