Motorola Razr+ 2023 calendar panel on external display only supports Google Calendar & not other calendars or calendar widgets

It has recently been confirmed that the Motorola Razr+ 2023 calendar panel on the external display supports only the Google Calendar and not any other calendar or calendar widgets.

This means that if you use a different calendar app, such as Microsoft Outlook, your events will unfortunately not appear on the external display.

The Razr+’s 3.6-inch, 144Hz OLED display is undeniably its hero feature. The phone’s external display serves as a fast access gateway to alerts, alarms, and text messages.

In addition to this, it also allows one to engage with applications and services without any hiccups.

The calendar panel is designed to provide users with a quick and easy way to see their upcoming events and can be customized to display different calendars.

This feature, for sure, is very handy for all those folks who use their phone for work or business. It allows them to quickly check their schedule without opening their phone.

However, the fact that the Razr+ 2023’s calendar panel only supports Google Calendar means that people who use other calendars or widgets are out of luck.

This, without a doubt, can be a major inconvenience for some users. And this is because they now have to either switch to Google Calendar or use other ways to access their scheduled events.

Is there a way i can add the Outlook calendar widget to the external screen home panel on Moto Razr plus 2023? I don’t use google calendar, so the existing widget is not of any use for me.

That said, there’s a possibility that Motorola introduces support for other calendars or calendar widgets in future. But of course, there’s no official word on this.
