Razer Support has acknowledged the problem and assured users that their team is actively working to identify the root cause. However, there is no ETA for a fix yet.

Some users have managed to find a workaround to temporarily resolve the issue. All you need to do is

Step 1

Uninstall again the Razer Synapse 3, delete all Razer folders you can find in C:\Program Files(x86) and C:\Program Data. The Program Data folder is set to hidden by default so you might need to change the folder option first.

Step 2

Then download and install the following files:
1. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8
2. Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable
3. Microsoft DirectX End-User Runtime
After installing those files, reboot your computer. Then download the manual install of Razer Synapse 3
