The issue has been persistent ever since Android 14 beta 1 update and affects multiple Pixel phones.

As per reports, users are utilizing the same accessories they have been using prior to this update. And to their surprise, these have now been deemed unfit for use.

Some assert that they are only able to charge their phones using USB-C to USB-C charging cord. And to add to their troubles, one is even unable to utilize wireless charging and it reportedly drains battery instead of charging it.

Cannot charge phone except by USB c to USB c charging cord. Wireless charger actually drains battery. All was fine until the latest beta update.

It’s worth mentioning that this issue has been already escalated on Google’s Issue Tracker, but unfortunately it still persists after beta 2 update.
