Google seems to want to introduce its Pixel devices into every possible segment of the mainstream, including fashion. The company partnered with the Italian brand MSGM to present during Milan Fashion Week, a collection with designs created from photos taken with the Pixel 8 series and its useful AI-powered features.

The new collection combines fashion and technology in an interesting way, since the patterns on the clothes come from photos taken in the Milan subway with Google’s latest flagship phones, which then received a special treatment to turn them into eye-catching printed patterns. According to Google, first, the talented photographers used the Long Exposure Mode to capture patterns derived from the moving train and its lights:

They didn’t limit themselves to that but later got even more creative exploiting the capabilities of the Pixel 8 series and used Magic Editor to tweak the pics, obtaining results like this:

Finally, the photo below shows what the printed patterns, created with the Pixel 8 series look like on the clothes from the new collection shown at Milan Fashion Week:

They got inspiration from M1, a line of the Milan metro that is characterized by its reddish tones and that integrates multiple references to the design style of Franco Albini and Franca Helg. With these types of collaborations, Google continues to show the countless creative possibilities offered by the combination of the cameras on its Pixel devices and AI.
