Pet Simulator X players reporting missing gems or pets from bank ('Unknown error') & 'You're doing this too fast' error

Pet Simulator X is the third installment in the Pet Simulator series. It is available on Roblox and brings in several new features and worlds for players to explore.

Players can collect coins and diamonds to buy different eggs that hatch into various pets. These pets can range from adorable kittens to mystical dragons and even unicorns.

It also features a bank where players can store their pets and gems in their inventory. They can also let other players access their bank with each player able to join up to 5 bank accounts.

But Pet Simulator X players are now reporting (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) that they are missing gems and pets from the bank and getting an ‘Unknown error’.

Many are now freaking out and wondering why their gems and pets have suddenly disappeared. Here is what some of those affected have to say.

@BuildIntoGames Hi Preston my 1 huge festive cat got disappear to my bank i just wanted to withdraw my hfc to my bank but its kinda lag and its says “unknown error” and my hfc gone and im not the only one experienced this problem i hope you will fix this issue asap thankyou.

Unfortunately, this is not the only problem affecting Pet Simulator X players. Some say they are getting a ‘You are doing this too fast’ error message when trying to take out or put gems into their bank.

You can see in the image below what the error message looks like for some.

I saved up gems for months to be able to buy my daughter her dream pet, a Yee haw cat. I buy it today, she had it in her inventory, she put it in her bank… it said “you are doing this too fast”, after a couple try’s it went in.. long story short. It’s gone… I’m sick! Why???

Does anyone know what’s happing rn now it has been saying this for 5 days I am trying to put gems into my bank that I have saved up from my rank rewards and vip rewards can anyone help @prest4n @BuildIntoGames @russotalks

Unfortunately, Pet Simulator X developers are yet to clarify as to why players are getting the ‘You’re doing this too fast’ and’Unknown error’. Rest assured, we will update this space once we come across new information so stay tuned.
