Overwatch 2 has been available for a few weeks now. It is the direct sequel to Activision Blizzard’s popular hero-shooter.

The first days of the game were bumpy due to multiple problems. For instance, tokens and items not received or guns missing. There are also aspects that could be improved, such as the stats system.

Now, Overwatch 2 players on Xbox are reporting that the Pharah Carbon Fiber skin and Gibraltar Jet Souvenir they should receive are missing for them.

Some eligible Xbox players have been receiving a code to claim a couple of items: the Pharah Carbon Fiber skin and the Gibraltar Jet Souvenir.

However, according to multiple reports, Overwatch 2 Pharah Carbon Fiber skin and Gibraltar Jet Souvenir are unavailable for them even after claiming the code.

Carbon Fiber Pharah skin from Xbox code not appearing in hero list

Xbox sent me a code for a Carbon Fiber Pharah skin and a Gibraltar Rocket souvenir and I redeemed it but it’s still showing as locked in the her gallery? I checked and it says the code has already been redeemed.

Recently I got a message on my Xbox account from Xbox giving me a code for a carbon fiber pharah skin and Gibraltar jet souvenir so obviously I redeemed the code right away but when I entered the game after redeeming it I didn’t get the content

When players try to use the code again, they just get an ‘already been redeemed’ error message. However, the items are still missing for them.

Official acknowledgment

Fortunately, OV2 developers are already aware of the bug and working on a fix. It will arrive in a future patch, but there is no ETA yet.
