When Samsung came up with the decision of changing its original and buggy TouchWiz UI with the One UI v1.0 with Android 9 Pie, it was a welcoming change.

Samsung users across the globe appreciated the efforts of the Korean smartphone giant as the company really put the user’s thoughts behind developing this new UI.

As the name suggests, it was handy, convenient to operate, packed more features, was clean, smooth and provided an overall better experience. And once the Android 10 was released by Google, Samsung revamped its custom UI and brought in the One UI 2.0.

It further refined the overall UI and was pushed to all the eligible devices. Again, the subtle changes and improvements were massively appreciated by the Galaxy users.

But, in the process of providing the users the best possible smartphone experience, Samsung with some changes and extra features, brought a new One UI 2.1 version.

The Galaxy S20 series and the Galaxy Z Flip are the first devices from Samsung that come with One UI 2.1 out of the box. Soon the OEM has made the One UI 2.1 available for previous Galaxy devices like the S10, Note 10, etc.

Amidst all of the new features, the enhanced Night Mode has really gotten the user’s attention, and it seems like Samsung has hit the ball out of the park with the improvements done in this department.

As per several user reports on Reddit, the enhanced Night Mode feature has greatly improved the night image taking capabilities of the Galaxy phones and this feature has received thumbs up by the users.
