So, fans eagerly awaited the opportunity to relive the magical moments of the band’s final tour through Nugs.net’s on-demand streaming service.
Nugs.net ‘Dead and Company’ show riddled with issues
However, their experience quickly turned sour as the ‘Dead and Company’ show on Nugs.net was riddled with issues (1,2,3,4,5).
Several people reported being unable to access their accounts for hours, effectively missing out on essential segments of the show.
This prevented them from fully immersing themselves in the captivating performances by Bob Weir, Mickey Hart, and the rest of the band.
To exacerbate matters, fans encountered frustrating error messages when attempting to access the content.
Errors such as ‘This content is not available in your territory’ or ‘An error has occurred’ popped up on their screens, leaving them disappointed and disconnected from the concert experience they had eagerly anticipated.

Recognizing the severity of the situation, Nugs.net made efforts to rectify the technical difficulties that plagued their platform during the Dead and Company shows.
As a temporary solution, the company decided to live-stream the show on YouTube for free, allowing fans to catch a glimpse of the performances they had missed due to login issues and other problems.
However, the YouTube stream was cut short leaving several fans unable to access the show via the Nugs.net platform. This resulted in frustration and disappointment once again.
User demands: Refunds and a full show on YouTube
With their frustrations reaching a boiling point, the disgruntled users are now demanding that Nugs.net take concrete actions to address the issue.
They argue that not only should they receive a full refund (1,2,3,4,5) for the subpar experience they endured, but Nugs.net should also release the entire show on their YouTube channel for free.
The demand for a refund is a reasonable expectation. Users paid for a service that failed to deliver, preventing them from enjoying the concert to its fullest extent.
The inability to access the content they paid for has understandably left people feeling cheated and dissatisfied.
They feel that they deserve to be compensated for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the technical issues on Nugs.net.
@nugsnet I cannot access the Dead and Company show I purchased tonight. The error says: “This content is not available in your territory “. I am in Charleston, SC. The show started over an hour ago and your site is still broken. Will you be issuing refunds?

Furthermore, the request to release the full show on YouTube stems from the desire to ensure that all fans have an opportunity to witness the final performances of Dead and Company’s tour.
By making the show available on YouTube, Nugs.net would provide a gesture of goodwill and demonstrate their commitment to customer satisfaction.
It would also allow those who missed out on the livestream or were unable to access the content on Nugs.net to finally experience the concert in its entirety.
The successful resolution of this issue will not only benefit those affected but also contribute to the overall reputation and credibility of Nugs.net as a trusted platform for future events.
Update 1 (July 18, 2023)

Update 2 (July 19, 2023)
06:04 pm (IST): As per a user’s statement, the problem stemmed from server overload caused by an unforeseen surge in demand.
Simultaneously, other users (1,2) persist in seeking refunds but haven’t been successful, also indicating that the company continues to block those who complain about the situation:
Website crashed during final Dead n Co show and people want refunds. To be fair Nugsnet is acting hella suspect blocking anyone complaining
