@NikeService hiya, having some issues with the guided runs in the NRC app – it just keeps crashing so can’t keep track of where I’m at. Any suggestions?
Source

Hi the app is having multiple bugs, guided runs stopping abruptly, no auto-pause, not announcing km/distance left, didn’t give my complete route, just a straight line… how can I fix all this?
Source

The most common scenario users encounter is the app abruptly closing during Guided runs. Although the runs start fine but the app crashes soon after (1,2,3).

Additionally, unexpected audio cutouts (1,2,3) occur during workouts with the voice coaching option, which many use for motivation and direction.

However, for the last two days, the coaches voices have been cutting out. This happens for any run, (I tried four different ones.) and any coach. Their voice cuts out at around the same time, within the first five minutes or so.

These issues have undoubtedly left users feeling disoriented and disconnected from their running experience.
