Next is a popular online business platform dedicated to the segment of fashion, personal beauty and home decoration. The company is currently based in the UK.
Many users usually make their purchases through the Next website. However, it appears that the Next website servers are facing issues that are not allowing users to login.
More specifically, the Next website login system is currently broken, as users are unable to login using their credentials (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10).

Social platforms like Twitter are full of reports on the matter. The issue is preventing users from accessing their accounts on the Next website.
Therefore, Next users are currently unable to purchase, manage their pending purchases or track purchases already made.
@nextofficial is there something wrong with log in? I know my details are correct but it says they’re not! Even after requesting a new password and using it your website still says the information is incorrect. Now it won’t send me a new password. What’s going on?

@nextofficial Hi, I can’t log in to the website. It says my password is wrong but it is coming from my computers secure password vault. I am seeing similar comments being posted on forums from other customers this morning.

Although most reports are fresh, others are older than a few days. So, it seems the issue occurs from time to time on the Next website.
At the moment there is no official acknowledgment on the latest Next website login issue from the support team. We will update this story as events unfold.

06:23 pm (IST): It seems that the recent outage with the Next website has been resolved as we haven’t come across any fresh user reports.
