It is always nice to see new updates coming up on your devices, which gives us a breather that the OEM has not put your device in the back burner. And some new updates are lined up for multiple Android phones.

Reportedly, Xiaomi Mi 9, Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, Redmi Note 7, Nokia 2.2, Nokia 6.2, Nokia 7.2, Nokia 8 Sirocco, Realme 5i, Realme X and X Youth Edition are being served with new updates.

All the above-mentioned phones, except the Realme X, are being served with the latest May 2020 security patch. Realme X, on the other hand, picks up a bugfix update.

Xiaomi Mi 9 and 9T Pro

The Russian variants of the Xiaomi Mi 9 and Mi 9T Pro are receiving a new security update that tags along the May 2020 security patchset.

The update for the Xiaomi Mi 9 arrives with the version number V11.0.5.0.QFARUXM, while the update for the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro comes with version number V11.0.3.0.QFKRUXM.

Nokia 2.2, Nokia 6.2, Nokia 7.2, Nokia 8 Sirocco

Four Nokia phones are now picking up the latest May security updates. Reportedly, the Nokia 2.2, Nokia 6.2, Nokia 7.2, and Nokia 8 Sirocco are grabbing the latest security updates.

There is nothing much fancy about any of the updates received on the aforementioned devices and they are plain security updates. Here is what the changelog reads:

Realme has pushed some new updates for the Chinese models of Realme X and Realme X Youth Edition. While the Realme X grabs bugfix update, the X Youth Edition picks up the May security patch with several enhancements and optimization update.
