The global variant of the Mi 8 is now receiving a new update as version 11.0.5.0.QEAMIXM. As of now, it is being released to limited users, stating along the latest June 2020 security patch alongside general system stability and optimizations.

A new MIUI 11 Global update has also been released for the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite. The update, which is rolling out as version 11.0.3.0.QDTMIXM, improves the stability and performance of the device.

Huawei AI Speaker 2

Lastly, Huawei AI Speaker 2 is picking up the latest firmware as version 9.0.6.2. This update supports the DLNA audio delivery function and the absolute volume of Bluetooth connection. It also optimizes the compatibility of the Bluetooth connection. Find the changelog below:
