Netflix users have been facing an issue where they are being automatically logged out of the app. The reports of this issue date as far back as 2013.

Also, users have been facing this issue across platforms like consoles, iOS, iPadOS, smart TVs, and more.

The issue is clearly widespread and is still inconveniencing users as they have to manually log into the app.

It is particularly troubling those who have forgotten their Netflix credentials as after an automatic sign-out, they are having to make extra efforts to get their access back.

It is unclear what the exact cause of this problem is as Netflix did not make any comments on the matter until recently.

As per customer support, Netflix is investigating the issue with automatic sign-out. Moreover, affected users can also participate in the investigation.

Since the issue has been around for far too long, Netflix is aware of it and is working on a fix for the same.

This is certainly good news for Netflix users as they may finally get a proper solution for this problem.

Thus it is possible that the next Netflix update might bring fixes for the automatic sign-out issue.

However, all this is still based on speculation as Netflix has not provided much clarity on the matter.

There is no word on how long it will take to isolate this issue as no ETA has been provided by customer support.

Hopefully, the streaming service giant resolves the problem soon as it has lingered on for way too long now.

That said, we will report back with more details as and when we get new information to share so stay tuned.
