Netflix Cheer Season 2 episode 8 audio issues

Hundreds of Netflix users express their disappointment through reports due to the audio issues that do not let them enjoy Cheer. The audio has a delay of about 10-15 seconds compared to the on-screen image.

@Netflixhelps
there is an issue with #Cheer season 2, episode 8.
Please fix the lagging sound, everyone I know who is watching this is experiencing this same issue. It’s a technical problem on your end, the sound is 10-15 seconds behind the video.

@Netflixhelps
trying to watch season 2 episode 8 of Cheer and the sound is way off from the video. I restarted my roku but it didn’t work. It’s just this episode. All other episodes and shows are fine.

Currently, the company is working on resolving the problem as quickly as possible. But, there is still no information on the exact moment in which the audio of the episode will work correctly.

In the meantime, there is a workaround that reportedly helps resolve the audio issues. Basically, in the ‘audio selection’ section, the user should choose the ‘English (audio description)’ option.
