NBA League Pass allows basketball fans across the globe to access live and on-demand NBA games.

Thanks to the dedicated app clients one can enjoy watching matches on some of the popular platforms like Android, Apple TV, CarPlay, Xbox and PlayStation consoles, and much more.

However, like any other app, NBA League’s official app is also not immune to bugs and issues.

Unable to hide NBA League Pass series scores

According to reports (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10), multiple NBA League Pass app users are facing an issue where the match scores are not being hidden despite selecting the option to do so.

Apparently, even after having the option enabled, they can still see who leads the series. And this is understandably a spoiler for fans as it might become easy for one to guess the match’s outcome.

The issue affects multiple platforms and has been persistent for the past few days.

Dear @NBALPSupport, the hide score button in the NBA League Pass App on Sony TVs is basically useless since it hides the scores but shows who leads the series 😭 please fix and thanks.

Some argue that this problem has existed in previous years as well. Those affected have even questioned the point of having the option to hide scores on the app.

Official acknowledgment

Fortunately, the NBA League Pass support team on Twitter has officially acknowledged this issue and is currently being investigated. However, no official ETA for the bug fix has been provided.

Unfortunately, we didn’t come across any workarounds that might help resolve this issue. But we are hopeful that the app developers will resolve this problem soon.

That said, we’ll continuously monitor the issue where NBA League Pass series scores are not being hidden even after selecting the option to hide them and update this article with the latest information.
