Start your weekend with the heart-thumping beats from My Hero Academia, as fans gear up for season 4 finale. The English OST from My Hero Academia’s ongoing season has racked up over 5 million views on YouTube, in just six days., according to Boku No Hero Academia’s official Twitter handle.

Toho animation had earlier shared the music video of My Hero Academia season 4, episode 23 insert song ‘Hero Too’ on their official YouTube channel, catering to all fans’ anticipation. The original lyrics were written by Ayapeta and the score composed by Yuki Hayashi from Yuuki Hayashi Music.

American vocalist and YouTube personality Chrissy Costanza of Against The Current fame has given vocals to this song, which recently shot to fame. Soon after she took to Twitter to thank the fans for the overwhelming support they gave to the song.

In the anime, the song is performed by Kyoka Jiro (and U.A A-1 Heroes the band)) during the climax of the 4th cultural festival arc at the U.A. School Festival in My Hero Academia. The song also features most of the main cast from the academy, grooving to its pop-rock beat.

My Hero Academia produced by Toho animations and Studio Bones airs every Saturday at 5:30 pm on Yomiuri Television, and all 29 stations of Nippon Television Network across Japan. Currently, the anime is on its penultimate episode on the season, which will feature the much-anticipated showdown between Endeavour and Hawks.

The second last episode from the on-going season 4 will go on air at 5.30 pm in Japan today, followed by its English translated version releasing on Funimation. The final episode of My Hero Academia season 4 will air on April 4, 2020 (Saturday).
