The Pulemyot 762 is a light machine gun in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. To unlock the Pulemyot 762 LMG, players must reach Level 4 in Modern Warfare 3. To unlock the Pulemyot 762 Bullpup Conversion Kit, players must reach Level 2.
However, according to numerous player reports, whenever one tries to attach an underbarrel to the gun, a “match rules data” error pops up. According to the message, attaching the barrel stops the game from reading the “match data”.

This issue is not limited to one mode; players have reported facing the error message even in the Zombies mode whenever they try to attach an underbarrel to the gun.
Some players even report that the attachment is straight-up crashing the game. So far, there has been no official statement about the reason behind the issue. However, there is some good news.
Official acknowledgment and workarounds
With the piling reports, the devs have finally shed some attention on the issue and are currently working on a fix. According to their official Trello board, a fix is currently scheduled and will soon be available to the players.
Until the devs issue a new workaround, some players have shared potential workarounds that could offer a potential solution to the issue.
According to them, players can put an underbarrel while in a match and then edit a class while in a match. After that, it may let them go into the loadout menu while in lobbies.
However, this is an unofficial workaround, and there is no certainty if this will work or not.
