The newest addition to the Call of Duty franchise, the remaster of the beloved classic Modern Warfare 3, also known as MWIII, reportedly will not have any movement or gameplay-related changes in the upcoming December update.

Call of Duty MWIII December update

The game “Modern Warfare 3” (MW3) is set to receive a major free update as part of Season 1 in early December. The update will introduce new multiplayer maps, additional modes such as Gunfight for 2v2, and fresh content for the Zombies mode.

The multiplayer maps “Meat,” “Greece,” and “Rio” will be added, along with a new Gunfight map called “Training Facility.” The release date for the update is rumored to be early December, with some sources speculating a specific date of December 6th.

However, there have been numerous rumors suggesting that the upcoming December update will bring some updates to the movement and gameplay-related aspects of the game. These speculations were fueled by rumors that the update will also include changes to the Warzone mode.

Allegedly, Warzone mode will receive new movement mechanics such as slide canceling, Tac-Stance, horizontal ziplines, and a driveable train. The update is also expected to introduce a new Warzone map called Urzikstan. However, these speculations are now in question due to the update.

Previously, fans were highly anticipating the integration between MWIII and Warzone Mobile, and with this update, it seems somewhat confirmed that this feature will finally make an appearance. Players will be able to synchronize their game progress even with the mobile version.
