Call of Duty MWIII has been criticized by the players for some time due to the missing event ‘tab’ on the game’s UI. The issue has been around for a while, and after a long wait, an official statement has been made on the issue by the devs.
Events in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 offer various challenges and rewards, including camos, stickers, decals, charms, calling cards, and XP tokens.
The current event, Vortex: War’s Domain, will run from January 3 to January 17, 2024, and all the event rewards can be found under the Challenges -> Events tab of the main menu.
However, due to the issue, some players are unable to access the Event tab menu.

With the reports piling up, the devs finally issued a statement on social media. According to the statement, the devs are aware of the issue causing the Event tab to be inaccessible for certain players.
However, the fix won’t be released anytime soon. According to the statement, it would take another few weeks for the fix to be released with a patch.
The devs have also made it clear that, even though the issue may take a little more time to be fixed, until then, event challenges remain progressable and rewards can still be earned.
