Despite these endeavors, the issue remains unresolved, pointing to a more intricate underlying problem.

In response, a Microsoft community moderator has urged users to provide feedback to the developer via the Edge browser.
Surprisingly, MSN’s support team has yet to release an official statement addressing the issue. This lack of communication has left users in the dark, unsure if their concerns are being addressed.
