As an open-source platform, Android comes in many flavors and among them, Xiaomi’s MIUI which offers a highly interactive and customizable interface.

One of the many features of MIUI is the MIUI System Launcher which is now getting a new update with a bunch of fixes and some new features.

The information comes from the MIUI System Updates Telegram channel where an announcement post for the MIUI Launcher update V4.21.0.2381-10131834 has been shared.

The new update brings fixes for some bugs in the super-power saving mode, application switcher, overlapping Application portal, and more such issues.

Apart from that, the desktop folder gets a new design while rounded icon corners can now be adjusted as per users’ convenience.

Being the default launcher on the Mi and Redmi series devices, this is a big update for the MIUI System Launcher which also offers optimization for the new editing mode.

Also, the Mi Home App is also getting a new update which brings several new features alongside many bug-fixes.

The update version V5.8.33 offers the ability to check the status of three-button device switch from the homepage along with the rooms information in the Check for updates and Messages section.

Moreover, Mi AI voice control can now be used for the automated manual scene while issues related to the scanning devices page, Mi AI speaker plug-in, and device control are now fixed.

Both updates are available on platforms like Google Play Store and GetApps but those who want to install the APKs manually, we’ve got you covered.

Added the function of changing the temperature units;
Added verification reset function to forget security setting password;
Added filters for security settings and voice control authorization management;
Live video from cameras supports zooming up to 6 times.
Optimized the interactive animation for refreshing.
Fixed crash problem when sharing printers.
